Khoi Tu is the Managing Director of Inverstar Ltd.

Khoi is a Board member of the Jamie Oliver Group and an Ambassador
for the British Red Cross.

Khoi previously co-founded a leadership and strategy consulting firm with Booz Allen Hamilton. He has worked in strategy consulting as a Global Account Manager with Monitor, co-headed the European Strategy practice at digital agency razorfish and spent 7 years at Shell including roles in Asia, Africa and Europe in marketing, strategy, HR and as a regional advisor for Asia Pacific to the Committee of Managing Directors.

He is the author of the bestselling book “Superteams” and has contributed as a strategic leadership and teamwork specialist on CNN, Bloomberg, Management Today, Business Life, the BBC, and the Financial Times.


Graham Ward is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at INSEAD business school. 

He works regularly at INSEAD including on the Management Acceleration Programme, Advanced Management Programme, and Executive MBA. He is the IGLC Programme Director for the Transition to General Management. He has also worked as visiting faculty at ESMT in Berlin, Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.   

Graham received his Ph.D from the Vrije University in Amsterdam in 2014, and an M.Sc and Diploma from HEC/INSEAD(2002) in Clinical Organisational Psychology.
He holds a Diploma of Investment Management from London Business School. 

Graham had a twenty year career in investment banking including
co-leading European Equities at Goldman Sachs and the office of Leadership Development. 

Graham was contributing author to the books Coach and Couch,
the Psychology of Making Better Leaders and the Coaching Kaleidoscope.


Patsy Rodenburg, OBE, is recognised as one of the world’s leading coaches in the area of communications and presence.
She is unrivalled in coaching voice and acting on stage and screen, having worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company, founded the National Theatre’s voice department, Patsy currently runs the Voice department at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Actors she has worked closely with include Tom Cruise, Daniel Craig, Orlando Bloom, Joseph Fiennes, Ewan McGregor, Judi Dench and Ian McKellen.
She has also collaborated with film directors such as Franco Zefferelli, Mike Nichols and Sam Mendes. She has also applied her expertise in supporting many political leaders improve their communication and presence including work with Team Obama.

With Inverstar, she delivers improved performance for individual leaders, executive teams and client facing professionals. Clients include CEO’s and Board level executives at several leading global financial institutions, professional services firms and large consumer goods firms.
She is the author of several books including The Right to Speak, The Actor’s Voice, and the recently published title, Presence. She was named in the top 15 most influential people in Theatre by the Times newspaper, and was recently a guest on Desert Island Discs.
